Large custom rugs (sized 200 sq ft or larger) and select furniture will ship via White Glove delivery. Products that ship White Glove will be marked on the product page and on the shipping page at checkout. As this type of delivery is a service above and beyond standard delivery, it is excluded from our free shipping promotions, and is a flat fee of $275, calculated at checkout.
Scheduling and Delivery
The delivery company will reach out within 5- 7 business days of your item shipping to schedule with you a delivery appointment. Rural and island deliveries have limited routes and delivery times may take longer than usual.
At the time of your delivery, the delivery team will bring the qualifying item(s) inside your home to the room of your choice, unpack the item, and remove all debris when done. White Glove delivery service does not include the assembly of furniture, the moving of existing furniture, or the removal of any existing items, so make sure your room is ready before the team arrives.
Helpful Guidelines
To make sure your White Glove delivery is as smooth as possible, please keep the following in mind:
- Make sure you are providing an active phone number and email address during checkout to enable the delivery company to arrange a convenient delivery time for you. Coordinating a delivery time is the responsibility of the customer.
- Please note that customers will be subject to an additional fee if delivery has been scheduled and the appointment is missed. Fees for missed appointments are paid directly to the delivery company, and are not collected by the Annie Selke Companies.
- The delivery company is unable to hold deliveries for extended periods of time. Failure to schedule a delivery may result in your item being returned by the delivery company and a restocking fee subtracted from your refund total.
