Annie Selke Customer Service must be notified regarding any custom rug and/or furniture orders being shipped to a building requiring a certificate of insurance. Annie Selke Customer Service must be notified within 24-48 hours after placing the order.
COI requirements may vary by building, so you'll need to contact your building management immediately to understand the required documents and information.
Once you have spoken to your building manager and gathered all the information required, please call or email Annie Selke, Customer Service, so we can work with our carrier to get approval for delivery.
Annie Selke and our carrier partners are not responsible for identifying if a COI is required for your delivery. Please properly update Annie Selke on COI requirements to ensure timely delivery and/or avoid additional delivery fees through the carrier. We cannot cancel a customer rug or furniture order if the customer fails to request COI within 24-48 hours of placing the order. Annie Selke and our shipping carriers cannot accommodate COI requests for products outside of custom rugs & furniture.
