If you're not delighted by your purchase, we're happy to offer refunds on most of our products if returned within 30 days. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee per item if the items are not returned in their original packaging and in first-quality condition. If a product is received back damaged due to poor packaging, a credit will not be issued.
If you paid with Klarna or ShopPay, the vendor will send you an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule if you've made a partial return. With a total return, Klarna or ShopPay shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. If you have questions about your payment status, visit the Klarna app or contact ShopPay for further information.
We offer discounted FedEx rates to provide the best label prices for all Annie Selke returns!
- Return charges will be shown before you complete your return to get your return label(s).
- All return shipping fees indicated within the return portal will be deducted from the total return refund amount.
- Refunds will appear on your credit card within ten business days of processing.

U.S. Territory Returns: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from our customers residing in Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories at this time. If you have any issues with any items in your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team immediately to see what can be done!
Items Not Eligible For Return:
We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, deals of the month, custom rugs, most furniture, fabric by-the-yard, monogrammed or personalized items. Please see the individual items for specific product return info. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Rug Swatches:
Rug swatches can be returned within 30 days. Returns will be charged a $2.00 fee per swatch.
Missing Items:
If an item in your order is missing, please contact Customer Service at (888) 846-5643 or email us at info@annieselke.com, and we will arrange a replacement at our expense.
