Most deliveries now include an image of where the package is located, and sometimes, your order is hiding on your porch or behind a hedge!
If your tracking has not been updated for over 7 days, or your order is marked as delivered, but you cannot locate it, even with the picture, please contact Customer Service to see what can be done or what next steps should be taken.
